The ACLU and many on the conservative right
agree wholeheartedly
that the use of modern surveillance technology by government,
whether police or bureaucrat,
is a dangerous infringement
on the America citizen's Right to Privacy  under the Constitution.

They are both correct, it is!

But you've got to wonder why,
if the most liberal and conservative
among us
can agree that we're on a slippery slope
toward an Orwellian world,
why they can't agree on such basic rights
as contained in the
First and Second Amendments.
