The government defended its case
against the branch Davidian survivors
because of what they call "discretionary
function exemption",
which in laymen's terms means;
what we saw on television and
know happened
doesn't matter since it was
done by government.
What does this mean to our grandchildren?
It means that if
the 21st century Million Mom Marchers get their way,
their grandchildren will, undoubtedly,
be required to take part in
a march like the European Million Moms March,
in the mid 20th century.

As long as our government
can claim
what they call "discretionary
function exemption"
they can not be held accountable
in court for tyrannical acts.
