2nd Peter 3

Caution to students of God's Word
- Please remember two things when using our American Wisdom Series studies:
#1. Our commentary is not God's Word. It is only our interpretation or understanding of "His Word" and even though we try our best to be accurate we may or may not be correct. #2. The King James translation, or any other translation, of the original Hebrew text has some words which were given different translations at different places probably because of the interpreters preconceived ideas of what they think God meant to say. For example: According to the notes in the "Dake's Annotated Reference Bible" the Hebrew word hayah in the KJV is Trans. (became) 67 times, (becamest or came to pass) 505 times, (become) 66 times, and (come to pass) 131 times, but for some reason in Genesis 1:2 it is translated (was)! That sure changes the way a person perceives the original creation of the earth, doesn't it?  Gen. 1:2 And the earth was (became) without form, ... Having said that, let us continue with our "studies". These studies contain knowledge, we believe, you must have to fully and accurately unlock and understand the Word of God.
May the Holy Spirit be your only guiding light. Sincerely, John Rhine

Revelation 2:17  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

John 15:26
But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:13-14
[13] Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. [14] He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

Without the leading by the Holy Spirit, there is no understanding of the truths, for all the truth of the Scriptures are revealed to us by God's Spirit.

Now here is our revised study of:

II Peter Chapter 3

"Unity of Old and New Testament [1-4]."
"The Wicked: Day of Judgment [5-8]."
"The Wicked: Day of the Lord [9-13]."
"Peter's Exhortation [14-18]."

This is one of the most important chapters in God's Word directed towards the bringing of a clear understanding that we are responsible to God for our own soul. You are responsible for your own soul. Which direction are you giving that soul, toward the Word of God, or back into the animal kingdom?

II Peter 3:1 "This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance;"

"This second epistle" means that it is Peter's second letter written to the same people as His first Letter. Peter is telling these people that he is going to stir their minds up into remembering things that have happened in the past, and the things that we should know and understand to follow God's Word. These people that this letter is written to are the Israelites of the ancient House of Israel that were captured and dispersed, and scattered abroad by Assyria in 745-721 B.C. If you choose to listen to what Peter has to say, you will also gain a great deal from this chapter. Peter wants you to completely open your mind, for the information in this chapter reveals many new ideas that you probably have not heard before. Some of this information is from the 1st earth age which God temporarily removed from our minds when He placed us back here on earth, this time, providing a pathway for us to still salvage our souls, after that 1st earth age fiasco.

II Peter 3:2 "That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Savior:"

Peter wants you to remember the things written by the prophets in the Old Testament that foretold of the New Testament, that would be a type or foreshadow of the things that would come. Neither Testament would replace the other, but each would verify, that the other's truths, that are written, within as coming from God. Jesus Christ Himself became that path, that way to eternal salvation.

II Peter 3:3 "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,"

You must understand that each of the Testaments, the Old and the New, give support to each other before you can understand what I am about to reveal to you in this chapter. Once you understand this, then you will see why there will be scoffers coming before you in the last days. Those scoffers simply disregard and reject parts of the Scriptures, and prefer to walk after their own longings and desires. They live to please themselves, and make up their own set of rules that they will follow.

II Peter 3:4 "And saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? for since the father fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

This verse is pointing to the educated and religious realm that we are living in today. These folks would even miss the first advent of Christ, for there are many religious leaders today that don't believe that Jesus Christ was God, or that He rose from the dead. There are many people today that attend church for the pure social value, and much of the scripture they completely disregard. They value the theory of evolution, over the accounts given in the Scriptures, and even create their own theories of the ending, of this preasent earth age, if God's Word doesn't satisfy them. In small town America church attendance is almost a requirement to get along with their neighbors. However in their hearts, there is a disbelief of much of the Scripture, whereby, they think it just doesn't apply to them. Even many of the pastors don't begin to understand the plan of God, or if they do, don't teach it all. That is why there is so much confusion in the congregation. I'm not a seminary trained preacher, but I have been told that the seminaries tell their students that when they enter the preaching profession "Do not bring up or teach anything too controversial, it will affect your collection of funds needed to cover church expenses."

This is why this chapter is so important, because it gives us the wisdom of the ages. Do you understand the different ages, their sequences and characteristics? If you don't you will find yourself blushing when confronted by a worldly scholar. My fellow Christian, you don't have to blush when someone tells you that this earth is millions of years old, for it is. God's Word declares that this earth is millions of years old. There is no disagreement between science and our Father's Word as to the age of this earth. God created this earth to be inhabitable, and then this earth became a ruin, and God formed it all over again, to be livable. This is what this chapter is all about. Wisdom will come with understanding.

Also Live Link to- The Pre-Adamic World

II Peter 3:5 "For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:"

Most Christians today, and all of the worldly people today are willingly placing their selves in ignorance on this matter of the creation. Old as it is spoken of here is very ancient, goes far back before the time of Noah and Adam, and even before the creation of the earth age as we know it now. Peter is telling you that in the far past, there was a first earth age. Not a different world or planet, but the same planet [earth] existing in a time frame prior to as the earth exist today. The same world, but a different world age or time frame.

II Peter 3:6 "Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:"

That world age or cosmos that existed in that ancient time of the past, and everything that was a part of it was destroyed completely. All animal life on it was completely done away with. God destroyed it completely and it happened after Lucifer/Satan's overthrow attempt. Many people believe that this flood was the flood of Noah's day, however, the flood of Noah's day did not destroy this world age, life from before Noah's flood carried right over into the dispensation that followed one year later, after the waters had subsided.

Even in the first two verses of Genesis, God declared that there was a first earth age. Lets go there and study what the Word actually says there.

Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

There are two bodies mentioned in this verse; the heaven and the earth. It simply states a fact, and left the time factor out. This verse not only did not say when, but left it totally to our imagination, as to the eternal span of time, and how the creation took place. In Proverbs 8:22 we read of wisdom speaking through Solomon. Wisdom is God, for all wisdom is of God. "The Lord possessed me in the beginning of His ways, before the works of old." What works of old could this be? It is the old 1st earth age, spoken of in Revelation 12.

Proverbs 8:23 "I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was."

This is stating that wisdom was with God, and He possessed me.

Proverbs 8:24 "When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water."

Before there was any need of an abyss, or pit, and the water to fill them, God's wisdom was there.

Proverbs 8:25 "Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:"

Before the earth even took on its present form, with the high mountains and rolling hills, God's wisdom was there. God's wisdom played part in the creation of this earth, and all wisdom comes from God.

Proverbs 8:26 "While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the high part [beginning] of the dust of the world."

God was even there before that first Adam, or speck of dust of the earth was formed.

Proverbs 8:27 "When he prepared the heavens and set a compass (circle) upon the face of the depth:"

Proverbs 8:28 "And when he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:"

Proverbs 8:29 "When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the fountains of the earth:"

In other words what this is saying is that there was land, and oceans, and fields and lakes, and God set His commandment that they should be separated through the "compass" which He set: and we call it "gravity" today. This is the force that separates all water from dry land. When the waves hit the rocks of the shoreline, they resend back into the sea.

God allowed Job to be tested by both Satan and his fellow man, in the book of Job. However, after 37 chapters of man's nonsense, ramblings, and bad advise by those around Job, God spoke to Job.

Job 38:1, 2: "Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said, Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?"

Job had been tested to the point of losing his entire family, all his property, and he had been inflicted by sores and sickness, yet he did not curse God. He was in a poor frame of mind when God came to Job. Job had been listening to the trash of men's doctrines for the first thirty seven verses of the book of Job, and now Job was ready to put those ramblings aside of other men, and listen directly to God.

Job 38:3 "Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou Me."

God told Job to straighten up and be a man, and listen to what He is about to tell Job. Then God spells out in detail how He laid out the foundations of the earth and the heaven, and all matters concerning them. Then in the rest of Job 38 and 39 God reveals the wisdom that we read about in Proverbs 8.

God told Job how He put the universe all together. Our God is infinite in wisdom and power, yet His love for His children is so great that He allowed Himself to be killed as a flesh and blood man, on the cross at Calvary Hill. It was this act of love, making it possible through His shed blood, covering their sins, for mankind to accept Him as their Savior and approach Him as His children.

So there is a complete separation between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. Genesis 1:1 is the first creation of heaven and earth, while Genesis 1:2 is the result of the destruction of this earth after the fall or rebellion of Satan.

Genesis 1:2 "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep."

Who is the Spirit of God? He is the Holy Spirit, and it is God's Spirit that moved upon the face of the waters. In the Hebrew text the translation of the word, "was" is used in this verse "...the earth was without form,..."; but, we see in the Massorah test it reads "(to become) without form...". The earth was not created a ruin, as described in Genesis 1:1 but it became a ruin, as described in Genesis 1:2 after the fall of Satan. It is the translators that changed the word from became, to was when they put it into English. This is the same Hebrew word used in Genesis 2:7 "...and man became a living soul."

The correct translation of the Hebrew from the Massoretic text for these words, "...without form..." is "tohu-va-bohu". So we see that the earth was not created "without form", but it became [tohu] without form and void". Lets go to Strong's Hebrew dictionary, reference number 1961 to verify the word "was", that we read in this verse. "Hayah, haw-yaw; a prime root, to exit; to become, or come to pass."

Now lets continue in the Strong's Hebrew dictionary to get the pure meaning for the word "void". # 2258, on page 36 tells us that we have to go to # 2254 for the prime root word for the meaning of the word "void". "Chabal, khaw-bal; to wind tightly as a rope, to bind, to pervert, destroy, to corrupt, spoil, travail." This corresponds with its other use in # 2255, which is "to ruin".

"Tohu" of the earth, then means that total destruction has come to pass upon the earth. The second "was" in the verse is in italics type because there is no verb "to be" in the Hebrew language. This is one of the problems in translating Hebrew into English, the verb "to be" is not distinguished from the verb, "to become".

At the end of the first earth age of Genesis 1:1 that age ceased to exist in its previous form. God created the earth to be inhabited, and then He destroyed it after Lucifer/Satan's overthrow attempt. There was an entire earth age that existed between the first two verses of Genesis. This first earth age is spoken of in Jeremiah, Proverbs, and Jude, as well as in II Peter. We will look into these Scriptures and try to understand the deeper meaning of our Father's Word.

If you don't understand that there was a first earth age, you will not understand why God would say in Malachi 1:3; "And I hated Esau...". God hated Esau even while he was in his mother's womb. It was in the first earth age that God hated Esau, because of what he was and did in that first earth age. It was what Esau's soul did in that 1st earth age, that angered God so; and that anger passed on to the embryo of Esau when his soul entered into his mother's womb in this earth age. This is also recorded in Romans 9:13.

Genesis 1:2 then verifies that our earth is far older then 6000 years old, when in fact it is probably millions, even billions, of years old. However, no matter how old this earth is, it is the only place in the universe that mankind, in a flesh and blood body, and the animals can exist and survive. We do not worship the creation, but we worship the creator, our Heavenly Father. God is in control of all of His creation, and He destroyed all forms of animal life that lived on earth from that first earth age, after Lucifer/Satan’s rebellion attempt, and pulled us back off of it to wait our turn to return to this 2nd earth age, in our turn, born of woman, in this earth age. God loves us so much that He did likewise in the form of His only begotten Son, to live with us here on earth for a short while as a flesh and blood man. Then He sacrificed His own flesh and blood life on that cross on Calvary Hill so that through His perfect sin free shed blood our sins could be forgiven. For all of us who believe in His Son Jesus, repent of our sins and invite His Son into our heart to cleanse it and make it righteous, like His own.

Isaiah 45:18 "For thus saith the Lord That created the heavens: God Himself formed the earth and made it; He hath established it, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited: "I am the Lord; and there is none else." "

God is speaking and Isaiah is writing what God is saying down, and God is telling us that when He created the earth, it was not in vain. "Vain" as used here is the same Hebrew word that we saw in Genesis 1:2, which was given as "void", or ruin. God created this earth to be lived on, and to be inhabited. Genesis 1:1 told us that God created the earth to be inhabited. "Tohu", the "destruction", was not part of the creation plan, but came after the fall of Satan, when one third of all of us followed Satan in the first earth age rebellion attempt. The results of which are described in verse two.

So when we go back into II Peter 3:6, "Whereby the world that then was, being over-flowed with water, perished." We see that it was that earth age that perished, and all that was part of it, except God's created children. It became void at the rebellion of Satan when he drew one third of our souls with him. This is what Revelation 12:1 - 4 is all about. It was in the first earth age that this took place, and what happened then is a type of what shall happen again in our generation, when Satan gets kicked out of heaven and comes to earth claiming he is God five months prior to the real Christ's return.

Revelation 12:1 "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:"

In this chapter of Revelation we now leave the last three and a half year period of this age and return all the way back to the world that was [the first earth age]. Some of the events that happened in that world that was will be a type of what we will see in our present earth age. This wonder that takes place is a great sign in the heavens. The "woman" here is not the church, for a church building has never delivered any child. This mother has nothing to do with the church. This woman is "Israel", the twelve sons of Jacob, or tribes as described in John 16:21. The same political and social order that was in existence at the end of the first earth age, will be ruling over the earth in the end of our current earth age.

Revelation 12:2 "And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered."

This child to be delivered is the Messiah, and the woman delivering the child is the symbol of "Israel", however in the physical sense, we call her Mary. It is Satan's sole purpose to destroy this child. This is the wife and the son of Almighty God, and he wants us to feel these events occurring. What happens to them affects Him, exactly as it would you or me in a similar case.

Revelation 12:3 "And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads."

This wonder, the "Great red dragon", is always Satan. Here again, it is all happening prior to Genesis 1:2, in the first earth age. Just like it will be at the end of this earth age, Lucifer/Satan had seven dominions, with ten agencies of power and authority. Lucifer, now called Satan had complete universal control over that prior earth kingdom; and he also had total political control. This is pointed out in detail in Revelation 13, and it is a copy of what is happening in this present earth age with the United Nations, and it's ten units of power that are taking control over all the dominions on the face of the earth.

Revelation 12:4 "And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven (us), and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born."

The "stars of heaven" are us, the "sons of God". This old dragon caused one third of all of God's created children to follow him. One third of God's children, all of us people who lived then in our "soul (celestial) bodies", which are also called angelic souls. Yes, we are the angels in heaven (Read Revelation 19:10 and 22:9). So what this is saying here, is that when Satan fell he drew one third of God's children to himself. He caused us to fall, and we worshipped Satan as God, and believed him to be God. That is his desire also for this age; to cause you and me, the children of God, to worship him.

When we read that "all living came from mother Eve", it means that "Messiah" came from, or through the womb of Eve. He came as the offspring of Eve, and her offspring Mary, who was of pure Adam and Eve pedigree. And it is through the Messiah, Jesus Christ that eternal life to all mankind is offered. For you and me and all mankind to receive eternal life, each soul must pass from death to life through the blood of Jesus Christ. So we see this refers to spiritual life, and not physical life.

It was in that first earth age at the fall of Satan, when the third of us angels followed him that many of us also took a stand on the side of God. This is why Ephesians 1:4 draws our attention to those that did make a stand then.

Ephesians 1:4 "According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love:"

What does it mean to be chosen?

It means that there are certain people that God chose in the first earth age to do a task for Him in this flesh earth age. This is not reincarnation, for it is appointed for each of us to go through this earth age, the flesh earth age, once and only once. Hebrews 9:27 tells us; "...It is appointed unto men once to die [in the flesh], but after this the judgment." This appointing and choosing took place before the foundation of this earth age; before the age when the souls were placed in flesh bodies, for we are living now in the second earth age or cosmos.

"Without blame" refers to the fact that God intercedes in certain peoples lives. Certain people have free will, while certain others are of God's election, however, God doesn't play favorites. Christ died for the sins of all those who will repent; the chosen and the free will. Every soul must repent for the sins that they commit, and love the Lord Jesus Christ to have the hope of His glory.

"Before the foundation of the world", "world" in the Greek is "cosmos", meaning world or earth age. "Foundation" in the Greek is the verb for "overthrow". This again refers to something that happened in that first earth age, before the overthrow attempt by Satan, and the third of the us angels who followed him.

Remember back in Romans 8:27; "And he that searcheth the heart knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God." These saints are the set-aside ones, or the ones chosen. God has a overall plan, and the purpose in that plan is to salvage their souls and bring those children that fell back to Himself.

Ephesians 1:5 "Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,"

"Predestined" means "from a time prior", or "required to do a certain thing" in the Greek. You have a choice of loving God, or loving Satan. God will not interfere with your free will choice to chose Him or Satan. However, that person that proved himself during the overthrow of Satan, was "justified", or judged and earned the right to be called "a saint" during that first earth age. These again are those which are called "God's elect".

Each soul comes from God, in his turn and enters an embryo at conception. This is why Jeremiah was called a "chosen one". God said to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:5; "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou comest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet of nations."

"Sanctified" thee is to "set aside" Jeremiah for a purpose. Jeremiah's sins still had to be repented of, and the price of the blood of Christ had to pay for them, even though Christ had not been born in the flesh yet. To be predestined is to be fore chosen. Just because you are predestined, God can still make life very miserable to those out of His will so they will repent and get back into His will for them. God has a perfect will and He is always fair.

II Peter 3:7 "But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men."

This is in reference to this second heaven and earth age which we are living in now. This earth age will not be destroyed until God's time of judgment on the ungodly men of this earth has come to a close. That time of perdition [destruction] is after the Millennium age, and after the Great white throne judgment. Then will come the consuming fire. Hebrews 12:19 tells us that "Our God is a consuming fire." There will be no destroying of the earth by nuclear warfare, nor by greenhouse gasses or flood or any other man made causes. God is reserving the final judgment of this earth and mankind for His own judgment. Before that time can come, the events or prophecies that concern this earth age will all have taken place, and that includes the "great apostasy", or falling away when the entire world, those without the seal of God in their forhead, will go whoring after Satan, the Antichrist.

II Peter 3:8 "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."

That means one week is 7,000 years, and we are coming to the Sabbath of that week very shortly, which the common name for the next thousand years after the return of Christ is the "Millennium age". It has been about 6000 years since the individual man we know as Adam ("eth-ha adham") and his help meet Eve, the grandparents of Jesus, who remained of pure pedigree throughout the descending generations all the way to the virgin Mary, were formed as described in Genesis chapter two. It has probably only been about 13,000 years since flesh and blood mankind, all the races of man, ("adham"), male and female, as described in Genesis chapter one were created.

II Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

This means that you can count on our Heavenly Father concerning His promises. God has much patience concerning His children. It isn't God's will that any soul should perish. God did not even intend for Satan to perish, as stated in Ezekiel 28, but that doesn't mean God will not bring about the perishing of souls; for it is up to each soul to choose. That is what our free will is all about.

II Peter 3:10 "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."

"A thief in the night" is an figure of speech that means that Christ shall come at an unexpected time. In the English it sounds like a very scary time, but lets see what it says in the original text. The "elements" are not the elements that you think of, such as gold, iron, oxygen and so on, but they are the "evil rudiments" that go to make up the evil in this earth age. This includes the evil spirits, the fallen angels, and all the things and forms of idolatry that cause flesh man to sin. The time of this burning will be at God's appointed time, so this verse is addressed to all those things that go to offend our Heavenly Father.

So we have witnessed here in II Peter 3, all three of the three earth ages, as well as the three heaven ages that correspond with the earth age periods of time. We can also see why Peter warned us at the beginning of this chapter that he was going to stir up our minds, and to pay special attention to what was written in both the Old and New Testament. There is also another witness in the Old Testament to the existence of the three earth ages, and we find this writing in Jeremiah 4:22 - 27.

Jeremiah 4:22 "For My people is foolish, they have not known Me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge."

How many people really know God's Word? There are very few that can quote you anything from the Scriptures, except what can give them personal gain. The translators were kind to use the word "sottish", for the word in the Hebrews means "just plain stupid or silly" The nature of mankind is to make a buck any way that he can. Their minds are evil constantly, as they were in the days of Noah. However, in the ways of goodness, and doing right, there is a void.

Jeremiah 4:23 "I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light."

Here we are getting right back to the same word that we read in Genesis 1:2; the Hebrew word is "tohu" for "void". God is telling us that He destroyed the first heaven and earth age to where there simply was no life forms existing on this earth at the close of the first earth age, in any form. Without the Sun or light, there can be no physical life.

Jeremiah 4:24 "I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly."

This is why the magnetic north is 90 miles off true north. God shook the earth and everything moved from it foundations.

Jeremiah 4:25 "I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled."

Did you get that? No man, nor animals, and not even the birds were left alive at the close of this first earth age. the earth was completely covered with water and life could not exist on this earth. There was no boat floating around on the surface, for the span of time could have been for many thousands of years.

Jeremiah 4:26 "I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the Lord, and by His fierce anger."

In this flood there wasn't a tree or a blade of grass left with life in it. However, what about these "cities" that once existed? Yes, there were cities at that time, and God's anger and fury against Satan, and the third of God's children that followed Satan, caused God to destroy that entire earth age, and those cities were all part of it.

This is what God meant in Hebrews 11:7 when He said, I shook her [the earth] once and know that I will shake her again. The only thing that will be left standing in the next shaking, will be that which is unshakable, and it will only be those who have repented and have Jesus Christ in their heart that will stand. They are those souls that were sealed in their minds, and did not bow to Satan the Antichrist, his system, or take his name nor number.

Jeremiah 4:27 "For thus hath the Lord said, "The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I mot make a full end."

God allowed the waters of the first earth age to rescind, and from it came a condition whereby we can live in this earth age. Each soul, or child of God will pass through this flesh earth age, and we have the choice to choose either light or darkness: Christ or Satan. When God created each soul He gave them free will, He will not force that soul to love Him. God knows He can not buy love, or it will be a false love. God is looking for your tender love; from within your free soul. It is your choice."

So we have documented from the Bible that there was an earth age prior to this earth age we now live in. God created that first earth age in good standing to be inhabited, as it was written in Isaiah 45:18; then after this, it became "without form and void" [in the Hebrew "tohu va bohu"].

Why? Because Satan brought sin into the world in that first earth age, and that sin was so great that one third of all of God's children followed Satan, and that sin brought God's anger upon the whole world [age]. It was then that Satan was sentenced to death of his soul. That is why Satan is called the "son of perdition" in II Thessalonians 2:3, and John 17:12. Satan refused to repent, as God allowed him the time to get right with Him. The making over of the earth that starts in Genesis 1:3 then starts after this first earth age ended, and the earth became void. The overthrow attempt by Satan, which is "the Chabal" in the Hebrew is what caused the end of all life forms on the earth, in that age.

You can go out in the countryside, in the cutaways of new highways and diggings around our land and the world, and document that what the Scriptures have said are true. The knowledge of prehistoric animals of this earth age can be found around the world, such as the dinosaur bones that are found in the Dakotas, and Nebraska, and the prints placed in the rocks way down in Texas. What is written in the entire Word of God can be documented, even the migration tracings of the old House of Israel, the ten tribes that were up rooted by the Assyrians, and relocated out of their land.

Today even though most people from those Israelite tribes have no idea who they are, the still carry the brand of their people. When they migrated through the Caucasus mountains they picked up the name "Caucasians" that have stayed with them to this day. Though their ancestry is unknown to them, it is not to God, and He will fill all the promises that He has committed Himself to through His Word.

II Peter 3:11 "Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,"

Your conversation should be focused on God's Word for it shall never change, that is what your conversation should be about. When you set yourself up to be a teacher or preacher of God's Word, then let it be God's Word. Man's words and tradition shall pass away, but God's Word is forever. The importance of God's Word is to make you mentally prepared, looking forward to His return loyally, and waiting for that change that shall take place when we shall be walking with Him.

II Peter 3:12 "Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?"

The "day of God" is the last day of the Millennium age. The elements spoken of here are those evil rudiments that were spoken of in verse ten. When the lake of fire comes into being, every thing that offends God is done away with. God's people are not going to have to put up with the things of the devil because all those evil idolatrous things will be gone. Those that have washed themselves in the blood of the Lamb, and repented of their sins in Jesus name will be taken care of no matter what comes to pass. There is an example of this in the book of Daniel, in the third chapter where the three Hebrew children that refused to bow to Nebuchadnessar the king of the one world system were thrown into the fiery furnace.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego were three servants of the living God, and when the order came that everyone in the kingdom should bow, they refuse to bow to the king. Lets read of it in Daniel 3:8.

Daniel 3:8 "Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews."

Daniel 3:9 "They spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, "O king, live for ever."

There is no difference to these kinds of men whether they be in Nebuchadnezzar's day or today. This type get close to the rulers at the top, and lay the ideas to entrap those that would be against their way of thinking or style of life.

Daniel 3:10 "Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image:"

Daniel 3:11 "And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace."

Daniel 3:12 "There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up."

Do you know what it brought them to be a loyal servant of God? This story in Daniel is a type of How our Lord shall protect us in that day when the other king of Babylon, who is Satan shall be here on earth ruling over His one world system. When these three men continued to refuse to bow, the king ordered the furnace to be heated seven times hotter.

Daniel 3:19 "Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times [or seventeen times] more that it was wont to be heated."

Then Shadrach, Mechrach, and Abed-nego were forced into that fiery furnace, and for what reason? Because they refused to worship any man or thing as a god, but only God Himself.

Daniel 3:21 "Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and there other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace."

The heat of the flames slew every man that was near to the furnace, however not one hair on the head of these three men was touched. Not even their garments had the smell of smoke. Then when the king looked into the furnace he was astonished at what he saw.

Daniel 3:24 "Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellers, "Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?" "True, O king."

Daniel 3:25 "He answered and said, "Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the forth is like the son of God."

It should draw your attention to their condition when they came out of the fire, for not one hair on their head was singed.

Daniel 3:27 "And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellers, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them. "

God completely protected these men while they were in the furnace, and not only did God offer His protection, but He came in there with them. This is given to let us know that we should not fear any of the prophecies that are given and directed to our generation, for God will protect His own, those He loves. In the final day of judgment God is that consuming fire that shall turn to ashes Satan and all those that choose to follow him.

For every soul that willingly came to repentance and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ, it shall be a warming of the heart, and a time of true pure happiness like these physical bodies simply cannot imagine. It is all yours but you must choose it. There is no financial cost to you, but only the will to understand the simplicity of our heavenly Fathers plan of salvation. That plan is continuous from the first age, all the way into the eternity.

God's word is open for reproof, and it is continually standing to the tests of time that man puts it through. In the field of archaeology and secular History, the Bible is proven continually that it is true and can be relied upon. So don't let the terms light and fire bother you, when it comes to the shedding of this old flesh body, and putting on that new incorruptible body.

This changing from the flesh to the spiritual must be done in God's time and not yours, for it is still murder to take a persons life including your own. It is God that parts the silver cord, and it makes Him very displeased when anyone ends the life of one of His children. That goes also for the taking of ones own life.

II Peter 3:13 "Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness."

Regardless of the testing that we may go through, God's children are looking forward to His promise of the new heavens and the new earth, where there will be no evil. This word "new " deserves a closer look, for it means freshness, rejuvenated heaven and earth. This is not another earth and another heaven, but the same earth made over, rejuvenated whereby, the evil and pollution is gone. In the age of the new heaven and the new earth only the righteous and righteousness will exist. Praise God, for from then on there will be only happiness, joy, and the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 21:1 "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea."

When the hell fire has consumed Satan and his followers, and even the memory of them has been erased from the minds of God's children, including their loved ones, then this will happen. Those that have been consumed by the fire of God will never exist again in any form, and this entire earth will have been completely rejuvenated. This place spoken of here is not off on some other planet, but right here on earth.

Revelation 21:2 "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."

God allowed John to see his vision of this new city, the New Jerusalem; coming down to earth dressed in all of it's beauty. This is as Christ would adorn it for His first love, His bride, and that is for you and me that go to make up His church. My dear friend, if that doesn't make it all worth any trouble and trial we face on earth, then something is seriously wrong with our thinking.

Revelation 21:3 "And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God."

The text reads, "the throne" instead of, "of heaven", and we know that voice is the voice of God, our Heavenly Father.

"Behold" in the Greek is "idou", and is the imperative "eidon". It is calling attention to a subject other than himself, and that subject is "the tabernacle of God".

Hebrews 9:11 "But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building"

Hebrews 9:12 "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us."

Hebrews 9:13 "How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"

Hebrews 9:15 "And for this cause He is the mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first Testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance."

So back in Revelation 21:3 the Father is saying that this tabernacle Jesus Christ is going to be with men from here on, eternally. Jesus Christ will be with us, lead us, and we will be His people. We don't serve a dead God, but a living Savior. He is loving God, and as we read in Hebrews 9:15, Jesus Christ is our go between, or tabernacle, in which we approach the throne of God.

Revelation 21:4 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."

In this third age, we will not be making and selling things to earn a living, but tending to the rewards of a joyous life God has for us. The problems we face in this life will not be there. Work and backbiting that goes on today, just won't exist. The problems of such as poor health and the handicap will be gone, and our nourishment will flow from the eternal fountain of God.

II Peter 3:14 "Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blamesh."

This is the mental condition that you and I ought to be in today. We ought to be looking for the things that are spoken of in His Word. Remember how this all opened up, the warning was that we should not worship the false husband. Don't marry the false christ. Don't marry the false angels when they are cast out onto this earth in the final days of this earth age.

They are coming back with Satan as we read in Revelation 12:9; "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."

Angel worship is quite common today with many around the world, and this practice will draw you directly into Satan's camp. There is only one person that will fit the description that is given for the "son of perdition" that shall be ruling at this time, and that is the devil Satan, or by what ever name you call him to fit the many roles that he plays. Don't let anyone kid you about who the Anti-christ is, for it is the devil himself, coming to earth and playing the role of Jesus. Satan is the only soul that has already been condemned and judged to perdition, as is pointed out in Ezekiel 28:18.

Ezekiel 28:18 "Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of the, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee."

This day has not come yet, but this is the reason that Satan is called the "son of perdition" in II Thessalonians 2:3; "Let no man deceive you by any means: for the day shall not come, except there come a falling away first [the apostasy], and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition."

Jesus Christ is not gathering anyone to Him, nor is He coming here to earth, except there be a falling away first. The word of "falling away" in the Greek is "apostasy". Jesus told us in Revelation 9:11 that "Apollyon" is the king that would come leading that locust army of fallen angels, and the word "Apollyon" is derived from the word "apostasy".

Peter is telling us to keep focused on God's Word and the things that must come to pass before Jesus Christ can return to earth, for He simply is not coming back in person until all the other things happen first. Failure to see the things that are happening today as the fulfilling of the things of the end of this earth age that God's Word prophesied, will draw you into them and make you a part of them.

The one world system is coming, and the boundaries of the world as we know them today are coming down. The devil and his angels are also coming, and in the form that God's Word has detailed that they would. The Kenites will be doing the things that they do well to prepare the world for Satan's acceptance, and the world will accept Satan as their messiah, as II Thessalonians 2:3 said it would happen.

In fact Satan will even return at Jerusalem, where the true Christ will come at the seventh trumpet. He will set up a throne or temple in Jerusalem, and even call himself God, as we know Jesus Christ will do.

II Thessalonians 2:4 "Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped, so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."

Editor's Note: Verse 4 does not say Jerusalem, by name; It says the temple of God. Where is the temple of God? Is it not in you?

1 Corinthians 6:19  What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

2 Corinthians 6:16  And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people

Think about it, every thing that you expect Christ to do, Satan will be a cheep imitation of that act. Satan will come with supernatural powers and deeds to deceive even the elect, if it were possible, but it will not be possible, for the elect are sealed in their minds with the Word of God, and they know what to expect. However, every person that is all bound up in their church systems traditions and false doctrines will be taken as part of this great "falling away" or apostasy.

Satan will even declare himself to be God while he is sitting in that temple. And to prove it he will slay the two witnesses that have harassed the church people when they have tried to play their religion with Satan. When Satan declares himself to be God, it is called an "abomination" by Jesus in Matthew 24:15, when Jesus is quoting from Daniel 9:27.

Matthew 24:15 "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)"

The desolation that takes place is that the almost the entire world will believe and fall to Satan. Satan is the desolator that causes the desolation, which will be causing the people of the world to believe that he is Christ.

So back in II Peter 3:14, Peter is telling you to seal in your mind those things that are supposed to happen and look for them so that you will not be deceived by them. They are coming to pass, so expect them to happen. It is not a secret to those that are sealed in their mind, God's elect", but it will be to those that are playing church, and messing around with the traditions of men. Peter is telling us to be diligent in our studies to gain the wisdom and knowledge from God's Spirit so that you and I will be able to remain true to our Lord Jesus Christ in these final days, to the day of His return.

This is not talking about those little things and sins that creep into our lives daily, that we can repent of, but those things that if done can condemn our souls. It is talking about being true to our Father, and not like the great whore that goes chasing after Satan. "Be at peace" means that you have peace of mind from His truth of the Word of God.

II Peter 3:15 "And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given unto him, hath written unto you;"

Peter is telling you to go back to the ninth verse and read it again. He is telling you that the reason that our heavenly Father is not slack and is longsuffering is because of salvation. The true plan of salvation is for God to bring His plan of salvation to all of His children, Even to those of us that rebelled against Him in the past, and even in that first earth age, to give them that avenue to return to Him through the cross and their repentance.

There are certain critics that say that Paul should not be in the Bible and recognized here. Peter himself is giving Paul a set of the highest credentials that a man could have. Peter, the very one that Christ said would found the church, (see note below) is recognizing the wisdom of Paul through his writings. Remember that it was Paul that revealed the mystery of how it would be at Christ return at the seventh trumpet, and what would take place at that time. This mystery is given to us in I Corinthians 15:50-54

Editors's question: Matthew 16:18  And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.. My Question is; When Christ says, "upon this rock I will build my church" was He refering to Peter or Himself?

I Corinthians 15:50 "Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption."

When Jesus Christ returns to this earth to set up his kingdom, Paul is telling you that there will not be flesh and blood entering into that kingdom. "Corruption" is the flesh body, with all its sickness and weaknesses, aging and decay. In Christ's kingdom here on earth, at that time of the Millennium age, no one will exist in these flesh bodies. No one!. The "incorruption" is the new celestial body that all souls living at that time will receive, that will continue to exist for the next thousand years, during that Millennium age and throughout eternity, if you are saved and awarded eternal life. Those bodies will not decay, age or get sick. and in those bodies every soul will have full understanding and knowledge of God's Word since the beginning..

I Corinthians 15:51 "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,"

Paul is going to reveal to us a mystery, something that had not been revealed since the first of this earth age of the flesh. Once it is revealed it is no longer a mystery, but known to all those that will listen. "Sleep" as given in this verse is "to die" physically. Paul is telling you that there is a time coming when all those that are living here on this earth in their flesh [corruptible] bodies will not die. This is talking about all mankind, both good and bad. And at that time we shall be "changed".

"Changed" in the Greek text, is # 236 in Strong's Greek dictionary. "Allasso, al-las'-so; to make different, change." Every soul that is on the face of the earth living in their flesh and blood body, will be changed at a specific time or instant from their flesh body into their new incorruptible body, that they will be living in for the next thousand years. That is the time called the Millennium kingdom when Jesus Christ will be right here on earth living and ruling the peoples of the earth. This is Paul doing the talking, and Peter giving Paul his credentials from II Peter 3:15.

There is no mention of soul sleep here, nor of people flying anywhere, but rather being changed from one type of body to another.

I Corinthians 15:52 "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

When this event happens of the changing from the flesh and blood body into the new incorruptible celestial body, it will happen instantly. It will happen in China at the same instant that it occurs in England and the United States, however at that moment remember that all nations will be under Satan's one world government. The change will be faster than you can wink your eye, or open your mouth.

Paul identifies the time to be at the seventh, and last trumpet. Did you get that, "the last trumpet, not prior to any of the other trumpets. Remember that it is at the sixth trumpet that Satan returns to earth with his army of fallen angels, to set up his kingdom. It is during the sixth trumpet that Satan is ruling from Jerusalem, and that the entire world will have the great apostasy or falling away from God to Satan the Antichrist, also identified as Apollyon.

The elect reign with Christ during the Millennium age, and teach those that lacked understanding in this age of the flesh. This is when we have our victory, and the sting of death is defeated.

"...the dead shall be raised incorruptible,..."; "raised" in the Greek text as used here is the world "egeiro, eg'-i-ro; to awaken (transitive or intransitive) i.e. arouse from sleep, from disease, from inactivity, from ruin."

So all those living in their flesh and blood, corruptible bodies, shall be changed, or awakened and aroused from this decaying and aging body into the new incorruptible body instantly. It shall happen at the sounding of the seventh trumpet, at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. It shall happen to every person living on the earth at that time. This is why all souls will know instantly that Jesus Christ is Lord and every knee will bow to Him at His return. They will not see Him in their flesh bodies, but in their changed incorruptible bodies.

Are you starting to get the picture, there simply is no rapture, and those that teach it, or soul sleep are teaching you traditions of men, and doctrines of demons. It simply does not exist and will not happen. If you see someone that is supernatural, doing things that seem to be defying the laws of nature, pinch yourself, for if you are in your flesh body, and it bleeds, and grandma is still in the nursing home, then that person that declares himself to be God is a fake, and most assuredly Satan.

I Corinthians 15:53 "For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality."

This is the body that all will be in during the Millennium age, (both the good and the bad (the saved and the unsaved). The incorruptible body, for those who are saved and awarded eternal life at the first resurrection, when Christ returns, will have their inheritance and immortality awarded at this time; But the "Walking Dead", those still unsaved, even though they will also receive incorruptible bodies, they'll still have mortal souls.

There will be no judgment for those of us awarded eternal life at the first resurrection, for our names are written in the Lamb's book of life, and our rewards are given to us at the coming of Jesus Christ; but for those with still mortal souls, judgment of them will be at the end of the Millennium age, based on their works during those 1000 years, when they may or may not be awarded eternal life at a second resurrection. If they are not, it will be curtains for them also, the same as Satan in "The Lake of Fire"

I Corinthians 15:54 "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."

This is Paul speaking in depth of those wonderful things that shall come to pass at the end of this earth age. It is given in a language that most children can understand, but the church world today likes to make it confusing.

II Peter 3:16 "As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other Scriptures, unto their own destruction."

Peter is telling you that he endorses everything that Paul has written in all of his letters concerning the three world ages. These letters take up about half of the New Testament and include such books as Romans, I and II Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, and so on including Hebrews. In those books is the entire plan of salvation, and what we can expect to happen in our generation prior to our Lord's coming.

Many of those things that Paul wrote, are impossible for a non-believer to understand, for they require the leading of the Holy Spirit of God to give understand to them. The unlearned and the unstable in mind wrestle with the writings of Paul, and it gives them problems with what they are taught in their church houses. When traditions and false doctrine disagree with the Word of God, man likes to use his reason to take priority over the matter.

We study our Father's Word so that we will not be unlearned in the matters of God. He has spelled out exactly what we can expect from Him, and what He expects of each of us. He has let it be know what is going to happen in our generation, and if you allow man's tradition to have higher ground, it is the sure path to your final destruction. Learn the direction in the simplicity that Paul, Peter and the rest of the apostles and prophets write.

God's plan of salvation is worked out through the three earth ages, to bring His children back to Himself. Peter has shown you and me through this third chapter that the entire Word of God is important, from Genesis to Revelation. Each person that God Spoke through put another part of God's plan down to help us understand God through His Word. We can know God's emotions as to what He likes and what He hates, for it is all in His Word.

Paul revealed to us in I Corinthians 10:11 "Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come."

I Corinthians 10:12 "Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall."

Paul let us know exactly what would happen to us in this end generation of this world age. He is calling our attention to the fact that what was written in the Old Testament was written as an "ensample", or example which is a type of what we can expect to see. It is silly to throw out any part of the Bible, for even the writings that deal with blood sacrifice allows us to understand the purpose and need of Christ's blood sacrifice on the cross.

God is calling out a people that care and wish to understand His Word, rather then the empty words of man. Don't try to understand man's word, for they don't understand themselves what they write. Focus your mind on what God has to say.

II Peter 3:17 "Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness."

Remember how Peter started this chapter? He was calling all the things of all ages, and all of the Scripture to your remembrance. He said, I told you before and I reminded you of them later. "Beware", let it be a warning to you, lest you are swept away by the error of the wickedness of man's traditions and false doctrines. The wicked ones are the ones that will follow the false angels, that present the doctrines of false spirits.

You remain steadfast by staying in God's Word and reading it over and over to make it part of your mind. Search out the meaning of the original authors, and know what they are saying to you. Be careful of what you accept or reject.

II Peter 3:18 "But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and for ever. Amen."

Grace is the unmerited favor that we have with the Father through our Lord Jesus Christ, and we grow in that grace as we obtain the knowledge of His Word and follow it. The glory of our Lord Jesus Christ is forever, and goes on into the Millennium and the eternal age where there is no end.

That earth age is going to be a wonderful place, and there will be no tears shed in all eternity. Most all of our problems in this earth age, are caused by the flesh, both in ours and those living around us. As we read earlier, the flesh will not be there in God's kingdom, nor will those that seek after the things that are not of God. That new spiritual incorruptible body will never get sick and wrinkle or age away. That new spiritual body will be one that God creates with perfection.

However the same self (inner man or woman) that you are in this flesh body will go into that new body, and when Jesus Christ puts His stamp of approval upon you, that incorruptible body will move directly into immortality. Otherwise, you will be taught through the Millennium age, and tested or judged by your works through that thousand year Millennium age, before Christ will put His stamp of approval upon your soul.

Today the traditions of men have covered the smiling loving face of our Heavenly Father, and clouded the truth over with their lies and half-truths. God's arms are outstretched, and they have sown curtains or pillow cases over His arms to where most men and women today just can't see the loving arms of our Father anymore. Ezekiel spoke of this in Ezekiel 13:18-20.

Ezekiel 13:18 "And say, 'Thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every statue to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of My People, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?"

In this verse, the "women" are the false prophets and false teachers; their "pillows" are their false doctrines, and the "head of every stature" are the high places where they are teaching from. When they "hunt souls", they go around asking every one, "are you saved". Most people out side of their church today world have no idea in the world what they are even talking about.

The warning that God is giving to those false prophets, is woe to you that call yourselves of the bride of Christ, that fabricate false prophecies and tradition [make kerchiefs] that cover the saving hands of Almighty Father that reaches out to the lost in love. The real work of the our Father is covered over because these so-called religious prophets give their divine utterances that God did not speak. This is not only aimed at those making up these false teachings, but it is aimed at those that would believe those fairy-tales.

God is telling us to rip those kerchiefs and pillows off their high places and take a close look at what is under it.

Ezekiel 13:19 "And will ye pollute Me among My People for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live by your lying to My People that hear your lies?

God is asking, are you going to pollute My Word for money [barley] and for the taking of vows [bread]? Are you going to pollute the world from hearing the Word, because you desire what the world is offering you in its pension program, a salary or any other thing that it offers?

The souls that should not die, are the souls that are searching the Scriptures for the truth, and these false prophets or ministers lie to them about the Word of God and lead them astray, for the sake of attendance, money, or any other earthly matter. Their lies are telling their congregations that Revelation is not to be understood, or that parts of the Old Testament are not to be read. Covering over truths about the Word of God itself, such as the coming of the Antichrist and the fact that you must be prepared to stand against Satan in that day.

Ezekiel 13:20 "Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; 'Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly."

Have you ever wondered what the Lord thinks of the "rapture doctrine" which is called the "fly-away" doctrine? Well God has just told us what He thinks in this verse.

God said, behold, wake up, I am against your false doctrines [pillows], wherewith ye hunt the souls to make them fly. Did you get that? God is against it when you go out to teach the souls of men and women and tell them that they are going to fly out of here. They are the ones that you have whitewashed over with your religion, and told them that you will fly out of here before Satan comes in the role of Antichrist. If you have told anyone that they are not to prepare themselves for the coming of the Antichrist, and be ready with their spiritual armor on and in place to do spiritual battle in that day, then God is talking directly to you here.

Jesus warned that woman, spoken of here in Matthew 24:19; "And woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days!" By promoting the rapture doctrine is to "give suck", and when you accept the false christ you are become "with his child".

The fly away doctrine didn't come into existence until 1830, and then it was given through a vision by a mentally ill woman in Scotland named Margaret McDonald. It was carried from that ill woman and developed within the brethren church, and brought to America where the Christian churches have accepted that lie. It was taught in several major seminaries in America, and from there the rapture or fly-away doctrine went into the many church houses and was accepted without question by their congregations. The rapture is a damning lie that will cause many dear Christians to take themselves into the worship Satan in ignorance, as Satan plays his role of "instead of Christ" or Antichrist.

Through the mishandling of God's Word, and the changing of certain meanings, what was given by Paul as a warning to that Christians, as to where the dead are. Where their loved ones that have died and gone on to be with the Lord are, and that there is hope in Christ. They have taken Paul's teaching, and from it twisted it to give a completely different meaning. It is from this that these instructions that false prophets have come up with the fairy-tale of the rapture doctrine. This false hope in fairy-tale land of the rapture doctrine will cause the fall of millions of dear Christians to Satan.

Ezekiel 13:21 "Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver My People out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the Lord."

The time is coming when all truth will be known, only many that have followed the false prophets, will have already taken Satan mark of the beast, his name and his number. It is God's will that all people come to salvation. It is in His plan from the time of Satan's fall in the first earth age, to this generation, that men and women would listen to God's Word and come to His outspread arms. It will be a wonderful time when our Lord Jesus Christ returns and sets up His kingdom right here on earth, and we live in and partake of that kingdom. We will then be filled with complete peace of mind and happiness. Don't miss it, it will be our home for eternity.
